Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by them who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Kilea Print of their decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received from the customer will be reimbursed, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

Reimbursement is generally made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Kilea Print may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent them back.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for personalised goods

In particular, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

At Kilea Print, these include, for example, products with:

• Names provided individually
• Individual text
• Customer logos
• Customers’ own artwork
• Other customisations made exclusively for the individual customer.

A standard selection from existing Kilea Print designs, standard colours and standard sizes is not, by itself, treated as a custom-made order.
